Liz's Story

Elizabeth began her journey into the healing arts at the University of Calgary, pursuing two degrees - kinesiology and nursing.  She graduated, and became a registered nurse.  She grew frustrated by the approach of trying to effect change after disease had set in, and chose to leave nursing in order to pursue "upstream" approaches to health and wellbeing - creating change before disease sets in.  This led her to the study of yoga, meditation, reiki and massage.

Her passion in bodywork lies in working at the level of fascia and the nervous system.  Her approach is both clinical and intuitive. And her goal is to support bringing the body into a physiology conducive to healing and renewal.

She works in a patient-centered care model and engages in ongoing study, reviewing current research in order to provide you with the most effective and up to date care.
